I have said or written about silent or nature meditation.
You could name your meditation as you like or wish.
There could be so many names.
It doesn't matter as long as you are doing it in the right manner.
You can also call it simple meditation.
One could call it thoughtless meditation, or mindfulness meditation.
Here I would like to explain time meditation that's very effective.
There's hardly any difference in all the above names, and these are all extension of silent or nature meditation.
Time Meditation:
Sit with a watch or clock in sight.
Even the time being shown on your mobile phone will do.
Note down the time on paper, or just note it down mentally.
Only for a few minutes, let's say 15 minutes or so, sit on a chair or bench with complete silence, and follow every minute that goes by.....
Just be with silence, nature, and your watch....
