I am not asking for mindfulness.
I am only asking you to enjoy and participate whole heartedly whatever you want to do.
In mindfulness for example, they may ask you to chew your food very slowly and feel, and enjoy every bite, or enjoy your walk or bicycle.
Well somebody may eat up the food in just a few minutes, and another person may take one hour for the same activity, without being a part of mindfulness meditation.
So what can you do?
I also do not ask for any chanting of mantras or concentration.
Neither do I ask to close your eyes or worship a photo.
So there are so many different styles of meditations.
You can try quite a few, and give silent meditation a chance too for a while, but never more than an hour or so.
