It doesn't matter
It's one of the most free and easy meditations that you can come across.
And anger is a part of 80 to 90% of all human beings, as well as the animal kingdom.
There's no need to be guilty or have too many bad feelings about this, as most probably it's an inbuilt mechanism to protect ourselves, and quite often we can't do anything about it.
So there's no need to suppress it 100%.
But the ones you get angry with, you must try and make peace, or love back whenever possible to show that you mean no harm, and care for all and sundry.
