A few minutes meditation can also work for us in rare scenarios,
if we have practiced quite a bit of 1 hour meditations.
But there's no need to exceed the 1 hour limit ever.
Simply because we all have work and responsibilities to fulfill, and also need time for fun and frolic.
Don't we?
Just be with nature,
sit with nature anywhere
for up to 1 hour only
alone, awake and fully conscious
whether it's the rooftop, or near a tree, or near a water body like a lake, river, sea, ocean, waterfall,
or even a desert area will do,
or a mountain region,
or a park, or a small garden.
Let your thoughts be there with you.
Thoughts will always come and go like drifting clouds.
